From tales of plus-sized shopping to stories of her day job as a high school English teacher, Caspari brings a unique voice to comedy. She often incorporates poetry, rapping, and singing into her performances. Caspari recently opened for Arsenio Hall at the Argosy Casino. She has also opened for Charlie Murphy, Luenell, Gina Brillon, Jeffrey Ross, Ian Bagg, Fortune Feimster, Chris Porter, Robert Schimmel, Jo Koy, Tommy Davidson, Jim Breuer, Lynne Koplitz, Rocky LaPorte and many others. She is scheduled to host Pauly Shore for a second time at the KC Improv in April.
Caspari has been named the Funniest Female Comedian in Kansas City, was the winner of 95.7 the Vibe's Big Break, and is a regular at the KC Improv where she produces and hosts her own showcases such as "Three Queens and a Joker." A leading comic on the KC stand-up scene, Caspari is also a motivational speaker for schools and conventions, teaching faculty and staff how to stay positive and connect with at-risk youth. She has hosted many charity shows and auctions, and just completed the 6th Annual Comedy and Cookies, a night of stand-up where 100% of the proceeds go to the Art Club at Winnetonka High School. Caspari is a freelance writer for Compendium Cards' Frank and Funny, a line of cards created exclusively by stand-up comics.
